The original XEP80 reproduction is this XEP80-II from MyTek. This is an FPGA solution which added HDMI output with just a few additional ICs.

Randy displays two Amiga 1000's. This computer has the 256 Kb expansion and more importantly, a Parceiro II which adds 8 MB of RAM, micro SD HDD emulation and the ability to boot from emulated HDD.

This low cost wonder is the Retrocastle "General VGA (15khz) to composite & S-video adapter." Using it requires a separate cable for connecting to a VGA monitor, but instead connect to this device to get S-video output.

Randy's Atari 800 is connected to a ATR8000, which is an original expansion device for the Atari 8-bit computers.

The ATR8000 connects to the Atari via SIO cable. It expands I/O options such as adding standard disk drives, as seen here. It contains a Z80 processor and 64 kB of RAM which can run CP/M!

The rear of the ATR8000 shows that along with being an SIO passthrough, it adds RS-232 serial, standard floppy drive I/O, and a Centronics printer interface. The 64 kB of RAM can be used as a print buffer.

The Commodore PET is loading BASIC programs saved to tape by a Commodore 64 then a pointer in memory is changed to save the program back to tape. Upon reload, the program is now in the correct memory location for the PET to execute.
